However, the available information on housing association stock and on homes owned by the Welsh Office is given below. Figures for homes owned by the Home Office and the Ministry of Defence in England and Wales were given in the reply by my hon. Friend the Minister for London and Construction to a question from the hon. Member for Pontefract and Castleford (Yvette Cooper) on 20 November 1997,Official Report, column 304. These data are not readily available separately for Wales.
