Paris from 17–18 July, for discussions with ministerial counterparts and others, and to speak at a seminar arranged by the British Council;Germany from 11–13 September, for discussions with ministerial counterparts and others in Bonn, and to attend the Club of Three meeting in Munich;Rome from 9–10 October, for discussions with ministerial counterparts and others, and to deliver a lecture at the Institute of International affairs; andFrance from 27–28 November, for discussions with ministerial counterparts and others in Paris, and to visit Futuroscope in Poitiers in my capacity as minister responsible for the Millennium Experience at Greenwich.My discussions have concentrated largely on EU-related issues of mutual interest.
