As part of the Deputy Prime Minister's initiative to develop the partnership between Central and Local Government, I have set up a Working Group on Public Service Delivery, which includes representatives from the Local Government Association. The aim of the Group is to develop a framework for innovative pilots to improve services at the local level through different organisations working together.
