§ Mr. FoulkesWe have made it clear to the Government of Zimbabwe that we cannot provide aid for their programme of land acquisition in its current form, although we are open to discussions on alternative approaches to land reform.
We will be discussing with the Government whether we are able to establish a partnership with them on the basis outlined in the White Paper on International Development as a foundation for future aid commitments.
