§ Mr. RaynsfordThe proposed Greater London Authority, working through the London Transport Authority, will have a duty to produce and deliver an integrated transport strategy for London, which will need to include the Underground. As our Green Paper made clear, the LTA's role should include oversight of the public private partnership for the London Underground which we are urgently developing.
