§ Mr. BattleThe UKAEA Board endorsed recommendations relating to the Dounreay Intermediate Level Waste Shaft at its meeting on 4 November. My officials immediately started studying the UKAEA's recommendations. I have since received advice from my officials which I am considering. It is clearly important to allow time to give proper consideration to such important issues and it is my intention to consult the Scottish Office and DETR before making a decision.
