§ Mr. Clappison
To ask the President of the Council when she expects(a) to receive and (b) to publish the strategy of the anti-drugs co-ordinator. [20299]

§ Mrs. Ann Taylor
The UK Anti-Drugs Co-ordinator— Keith Hellawell—takes up his position formally on 5 January. I expect him to submit his proposals for a new strategy a few months after that, following an extensive consultation process.
The Government hope to publish their strategy document in the Spring.
