HC Deb 15 December 1997 vol 303 c31W
Mr. Evans

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (1) how many representations he received from local residents in relation to the last planning application he refused as a result of such representations; [20131]

(2) on how many occasions he has used the local representation rule to deny planning permission; and to which schemes he has applied this rule. [20127]

Mr. Raynsford
