Mr. Lilley

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) when the transfer of legal interest in the 2.95 million TransTec shares to the Orion Trust took place; and if they were stamped by the Stamp Office of the Inland Revenue; [20914]

(2) if the Paymaster General guaranteed the payment of loans to (a) Stenbell Ltd. and (b) Orion Trust. [20964]

(3) if he will publish the advice given to the Paymaster General by Titmuss Samien Declient and Wilden Coe about the transaction between Orion Trust and Stenbel Ltd; [20919]

(4) when Stenbell (a) purchased the rights to 9,805,550 shares in TransTec plc, (b) exercised those rights and (c) sold the shares in TransTec to the Orion Trust; [20924]

(5) how Stenbell Ltd. financed the purchase and exercise of the rights to 9,805,550 shares in TransTec plc from the Paymaster General; [20925]

(6) who was the beneficial owner of the 2.95 million TransTec shares prior to their transfer into the Orion Trust; [20922]

(7) what factors led the Paymaster General not to transfer into his blind trust, the legal title to the whole of the amount owing to him beneficially by Stenbell Ltd.; [20921]

(8) if he will publish the Deed of Addition settling 2.95 million TransTec shares into the Orion Trust; [20918]

(9) if the shares in TransTec plc. owned by Stenbell Ltd. were offered to potential buyers other than the Orion Trust; [20923]

(10) if the Orion Trust holds assets through a controlled body corporate; [20920]

(11) if he will publish the transfer documents relating to the 2.95 million TransTec shares settled into the Orion Trust. [20913]
