§ Mr. Chris SmithI met the Chairman and the Director of the Greenwich Foundation for the Royal Naval College when I visited the College on Friday 28 November. The Greenwich Foundation is working closely with Government and Greenwich Hospital to conclude arrangements that will allow it to take responsibility for the site as Defence use ceases.
