§ Mr. Ron DaviesThe train operating companies are represented on the Welsh Transport Advisory Group which my hon. Friend the Member for Neath (Mr. Hain) has recently established. In addition, he has already met the Franchising Director to discuss the scope for improved rail services between North and South Wales, and plans to have separate discussions with the main operators shortly.
