§ Mr. MorleyThe position in the Department is that all dependencies on non-governmental organisations and/or suppliers who may not be millennium compliant are being examined, and associated risks and contingency requirements identified (these will be different from case to case). Assurances regarding millennium compliance are being sought and appropriate contingency action (which could, for example, entail switching to another supplier and product) will be initiated as necessary.
