§ Mr. Doug HendersonMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has on a number of occasions discussed this subject with ministerial colleagues, including the Greek and Turkish Foreign Ministers. Diplomatic contacts to build on the agreement made in Madrid in July 1997 will continue during our EU Presidency.
