To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what assessment he has made of the suitability of(a) existing training bodies with charitable status, (b) the local enterprise councils and (c) further education colleges (i) singly and (ii) in partnership, to carry out the management function for New Deal; and if he will make a statement.
