§ Mr. RookerDuring the period 1 April 1996 to 31 March 1997 ninety two such transfers were approved in England. This involved 745.23 hectares of land made ineligible to receive payments under the Arable Area Payments Scheme and 721.59 hectares of previously ineligible land made eligible.
