§ Mr. Tony LloydWe remain committed to the prosperity, well-being, good government and defence of the Caribbean Dependent Territories for as long as the Territories wish to maintain the link with the United Kingdom. This will be one of the underlying principles of the review of policy towards the Dependent Territories which my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary announced on 27 August.
