§ Mr. Ian McCartneyIn the past two years, one unfair dismissal case brought by an employee of the Government Agencies was heard by an industrial tribunal. The case involved Companies House. At the hearing on 16 June 1997, the tribunal ruled that the applicant was not unfairly dismissed.
