§ Lord Williams of MostynThe manifesto commitment did not extend to the provision of parliamentary time for a Bill to outlaw hunting. We delivered our manifesto commitment when members in another place voted on the Second Reading of the Wild Mammals (Hunting with Dogs) Bill on 28 November, in a free vote.
