§ Mrs. BeckettNo decision has yet been made on the proposed power station at Baglan Bay. Following the announcement by my hon. Friend the Minister for Science, Energy and Industry on Wednesday 3 December, this is one of the 28 applications on which we propose to defer a decision until the work on the review has been completed.
