§ Mr. MilburnIt is the Government's intention that all eligible United Kingdom medical and dental students should benefit from the special provisions announced by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 23 September. Clarification of the arrangements and costs will be the subject of discussions between the departments concerned.
