§ The Prime MinisterI have already revised Questions of Procedure for Ministers, which has been retitled as the Ministerial code, a copy of which was placed in the library of the House in July 1997. The Code advises Ministers that they should ensure that there is no conflict of interest between their official duties and their private financial interests. I see no need to include specific guidelines about offshore trusts.
