§ Mr. Hain£5.025 million capital funding for schools has been allocated in 1997–98 to Welsh local authorities from the windfall tax. This equates to £10.12 per capita for Welsh school students. A further £15.076 million per annum will be available each year between 1998–99 and 2001–02.
