§ Mr. ChisholmWe intend to publish a White Paper in the spring setting out an effective, integrated and environmentally sustainable transport policy appropriate to the needs of Scotland. This will take account of the responses to the consultation document issued last August. Our proposals, which will recognise the important role of improved public transport will be published in the White Paper.
