§ Mr. MilburnIt is the responsibility of North and East Devon Health Authority and local National Health Service trusts, including Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust, to work together to ensure that the residents of the health authority receive the best possible patient care. Improving the overall quality of patient care will be an underpinning theme of our plans for replacing the internal market, which we shall be publishing shortly.
