§ Mr. KirkhopeInformation on persons recommended for deportation by a court on those removed from the United Kingdom is given in the tables. The data include persons who did not receive a custodial sentence: five such persons were recommended for deportation in 1995 but further information on these persons and for other years could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
