§ Dr. Liam FoxThe Government's principal objective for the world food summit is to work for international consensus on the action needed to reduce hunger and malnutrition in the world. To help achieve this objective, we propose to present to the summit a paper on policy towards food security. In preparing this paper, we have consulted extensively among interested groups in the United Kingdom.
