To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) if he will list the proportion and absolute number of rail journeys which failed to achieve the required passengers charter performance standards, with regard to reliability, for all routes monitored by the Central Rail Users Consultative Committee, for each year since 1993; [219]

(2) if he will list the proportion and absolute number of rail journeys which failed to achieve the required passengers charter performance standards, with regard to punctuality, for all routes monitored by the Central Rail Users Consultative Committee, for each year since 1993. [218]
