To ask the Lord President of the Council what progress has been made in respect of the use of illegal drugs since the publication of "Tackling Drugs Together". [600]

Since there are as yet no data beyond 1995, the year in which "Tackling Drugs Together" was published, it is too early to make such an assessment. However, good progress has been made in carrying forward all elements in the strategy which the White Paper set out.
