To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has to assist farmers, unable to have their cattle culled as a result of the culling backlog, with the cost of winter feed; and if he will make a statement. [71]

The Government have made a further £29 million available to assist beef farmers and are consulting the industry on how this can be most effectively allocated. The Government have committed a total of £2.5 billion to supporting the agriculture industry.
