To ask the Chairman of the Administration Committee if he will make a statement on the arrangements for constituents to lobby their hon. Members. [606]

I am satisfied with the usual arrangement whereby constituents lobby hon. Members in the Central Lobby. The well-established arrangements for more constituents than can be immediately accommodated in the Central Lobby to lobby hon. Members are set out in the leaflet "Mass Lobbies". I have asked the Serjeant at Arms to send a copy of the leaflet to my hon. Friend.
