(2) if she will list the occasions on which she, her Ministry or departmental officials met with those private sector institutions which put forward bids under the proposed twin-track student loan scheme; [41248]
(3) for what reasons her Department was unable to come to an agreement for the introduction of publicity-subsidised private sector student loans under the proposed twin-track scheme; [41249]
(4) what is the planned timetable for the contracting out of the administrative work of the Student Loans Company; [41250]
(5) what is her Department's estimate of the public sector borrowing requirement effect of the proposed sale of student loan debts to the private sector and the contracting out of the administrative work of the Student Loans Company in 1996–97 and each relevant year thereafter; and if this includes revisions to forecasts made necessary by the cancellation of the twin-track scheme.
