Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how much his Department has spent on(a) publicity, (b) promotion and (c) hospitality in each of the last six years. [40615]

Unfortunately, there was a typographical error in the answer I gave relating to the total amount of expenditure on publicity for the year 1994–95.

The information is not available in the format requested as it is not possible to separate promotional activities from publicity undertaken. Such information as is available is in the lists.
