What were the population figures for (i) Scotland, (ii) Wales, (iii) Northern Ireland, and (iv) the individual regions of England, in the latest census.

Resident population figures, extracted from Table 2 of the 1991 Census Report for Great Britain are given below. The Northern Ireland figure was supplied by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) from the 1991 Census Report for Northern Ireland.
