§ Mr. HoramFrom 1 April 1996, the Department of Health took over responsibility for its buildings from Property Holdings. The area of buildings leased by Property Holdings in the last five years which are now the responsibility of the Department of Health and its agencies is 21,400 sq m—1992–93—and 850 sq m—1995–96.
Expenditure on new buildings and premises is not separately recorded from other building-related costs.
