§ Mr. PageThe Department of Trade and Industry made a grant of £40,000 in 1989 towards an education campaign on the single market. A further £32,000 was granted in 1990 and approximately £20,000 in 1991.
The Department has no plans to offer financial assistance to the European Movement in future years.
