§ The Attorney-GeneralI understand that Gwent police are conducting an investigation into the production of a compact disk by a band calling themselves No Remorse during which they have sought legal advice from the Crown Prosecution Service. When the investigation has been completed, it is expected that the police will submit a file of evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service for advice as to whether criminal proceedings should be instituted.
