To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs by what means a citizen of the United Kingdom can refer to any Act of Parliament in force to which is added, or incorporated, the texts of amendments to current law occasioned by regulations of the European Economic Community, stating by whom such updating is maintained, where it is done, what is its cost and which vote of the estimates defrays this expenditure.
