(38930) (38931) (38932)The Forestry Commission disposals programme commenced in July 1981 and therefore information is only available from that date. In 1981, the Forestry Commission owned 26,988 ha of land in North Yorkshire, while the current figure in 1996 is 22,060 ha.To answer your question on particular sales and purchases in North Yorkshire I enclose the following information:
