To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department, pursuant to his answer of 22 July,Official Report, columns 18–19, if he will make arrangements for all guidance on the provisions of and procedures under the Children Act 1989 for court staff and judiciary to be placed in the Library.
