§ Mr. SoamesNo. While my Department has concerns about the environmental impact of using rocket engines to incinerate nerve gas, biological and toxic weapons and industrial toxic wastes, it does not have access to the technical data on the processes involved which would allow it to form a judgment on its suitability as a disposal route.
