Private finance initiative deals agreed include:

  • University hospital of Wales: phase 1 car park;
  • University hospital of Wales: phase 2 car park;
  • University hospital of Wales: concourse;
  • Llandough hospital: contract energy management;
  • Withybush hospital: contract energy management;
  • Welsh Office: office IT system (OSIRIS).
