§ Mr. MaloneOne formal contract arbitration has taken place in Trent region since 1 April 1996 between Central Sheffield University Hospitals national health service trust and Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital national health service trust.
For 1996–97, national health service executive Trent sent guidance on contract arbitration to all health authorities and trusts in the Trent region on 1 March 1996.
