§ Mr. KynochThe Scottish Office has written to the reporter outlining those matters of Government policy which my right hon. Friend considers to be most relevant 339W to his decision upon the application to build a power station at Gartcosh. It has been made clear that decisions on the scope of the inquiry into the application are entirely for the reporter. It is therefore for the reporter to decide what evidence is relevant when conducting the inquiry and drawing up his recommendations.
