§ Mr. HowardMrs. Margaret Scorer and Ms Josephine Dobry have accepted my invitation to serve as members of the Police Complaints Authority. Mrs. Scorer previously served with Her Majesty's magistrates courts inspectorate; Ms Dobry has been in pupilage at the Bar and previously worked as a radio journalist and producer. Mrs. Scorer and Ms Dobry will serve for three years from 21 October and 4 November 1996 respectively.
