§ Mr. HanleyOur bilateral relations with Australia are excellent. To reinforce the close links between the two countries, we are about to embark on a year-long programme of events under the banner of "New Images". This will run throughout 1997. We hope it will highlight the importance that we attach to a modern and dynamic relationship, and set it on a strong footing into the next century.
