§ Mr. SproatThe consultants' report was received in July 1996. Its recommendations are still being considered by the Department. A copy of the report is available in the House of Commons Library. The cost of the study was £1,680. It was commissioned to enable the Department to decide whether any action should be taken to control the population of the pigeons in Trafalgar square.
