§ Mr. KirkhopeAn application for compensation on behalf of a Mr. John Berry was made on 2 February 1994 and compensation will be paid under section 133 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
We have not yet received Mr. Berry's final claim and although an interim payment has been made it is not the practice to disclose the amount of such payments in individual cases.
