§ Mr. WattsWhen the M65 Blackburn southern bypass is complete it is expected that the traffic could increase by about 10 per cent.—4,500 vehicles per day—east of M65 junction 6 at Whitebirk, Blackburn.
No estimate has been made of the increase in traffic on the M65 at Burnley or Colne.
