§ Mr. HoramMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State met a delegation of representatives from Plymouth and District community health council on 23 October. A separate meeting with representatives of Torbay community health council is scheduled for 18 November, following which my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State will be in a position to respond to the representations which have been put to him.
