§ Mr. Gwilym JonesLatest trust directors of finance monitoring returns, which projects estimated end of year financial positions—as at 30 June for those on quarterly monitoring and 31 August 1996 for those on monthly monitoring—identify six trusts with deficit at year end. Welsh Office officials are currently assessing the mid-year monitoring returns.
